Here's Della's Aunt Norma Chapman who used to live in Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma and had an appointment one day after her husband
Bud died which would have placed her in the Alfred P. Murrah
Federal Building on the day and time it was bombed and 168 people
died. A friend, who was going to drive her there, had to change
his plans. Norma could have driven in herself, but decided not to
and instead rescheduled her appointment for another day. Praise
God she stayed home!
Norma now lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado near her son
Larry Smith.
